Patrice is an amazing educator! The program we’ve worked on most closely together is a health care program that provides a general understanding of the Canadian health care system to foreign trained medical professionals while instilling integral communication skills to succeed. This program required an incredible amount of patience and leadership to put together and then deliver to students with very weak English skills. Patrice was a natural leader throughout it all. The leadership she demonstrated to other faculty throughout the course development and assessment process in addition to the patience and perseverance she had with all students term in and term out was a testament to her professionalism and passion for student achievement. Patrice’s strengths include, but are certainly not limited to: communication and language expertise, patience, curriculum design and differentiation, leadership, professionalism, commitment and dedication, and adaptability. I have decided to write a small note for you to thank you for your help. I have immensely enjoyed being taught by you. With your motivation, my writing and oral skills has improved so much. You have always inspired me to do well in classes. Everything you taught me means so much to me. There was a point when I wanted to go back to India but I tried and was able to adjust to the cultural differences. It was all possile because of all the information to gave in cultural class.

I am so glad to get an email from you. Yes, I am excited because my last semester is almost complete. My writting is good now and I improved alot.
It has been really motivating as I always follow certain things which heledp me to perform better this semester. The biggest thing I realized is that in each step efforts=result. I am thankful to you for motivating and encouraging me. I am going for my nursing credentials soon. I hope to write the exam this year and I will definitely tell you the results.
